Should I hire an In-house PPC Manager or an Agency?



There is no jack of all trades when it comes to Digital Marketing because there are too many branches that need to be tackled, such as PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, Content Development, each one of these subjects should be addressed by field experts. The learning curve needed to understand the business in each area takes training effort and time. By hiring an agency that specializes in Google Ads, you can benefit by not having a long term in-house financial commitment in your company.

Is my Website ready for Google Ads?



There are a few policies that we must follow as advertisers on Google Ads. We must follow them to avoid the risk of ads being blocked. Your E-Commerce website should have the following:
1. Published Return Policy
2. Published Shipping Policy
3. Clear Terms And Conditions page
4. Clear payment methods on all pages
5. Clear Privacy Policy
6. Physical Address on all pages
7. Phone number in coded text
8. Contact email address listed on your website
9. Site speed
10. Mobile Responsiveness
11. Individual thank you page for all forms

What do your clients say?



We’ve scored 4.7/5 on TrustPilot (out of 90 reviews ⭐) and 5/5 on Google. Although reviews don’t tell the whole story - therefore you can check our customer success stories here.

How will you manage and optimize our campaigns?



Our campaigns management foundations are focused on a specific set of goals based on data provided by the customer, conversion tracking to leverage machine learning algorithms to boost automation capabilities and efficiency. We are using a mix of waterfall and long tail techniques as well as Artificial Intelligence.

How long will it take for my campaigns to see results?



In order to have a good harvest there needs to be a good crop, and a large amount of time and care involved, a successful campaign is like a crop and results aren’t immediate. Although technically you can start seeing some results in the short-term it’s only after 60 days that results reach a plateau and start to provide some long-term metrics that can be used to assess the campaign success.
We are very transparent about the management of your campaigns and will update you on the regular, and if we see any red flags during the process. We want to manage your expectations rather than making you waste money on Google Ads.

Where are campaigns running and how long until we reach your target ROAS?



All campaigns run under your own Google Ads account. In order to reach your target ROAS that usually requires between four and eight weeks of effort (on average).

What are the most important indicators that you focus on any given campaign?



CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value). All these indicators help us determine the longevity, potential and satisfaction of any customer relationship.

How long does it take to get my campaigns up and running?



It usually takes around 10-15 business days. Things could go faster or slower depending on your website and tracking implementation.

How can I submit information about the special offers we have on our website?



Why is Google Ads different from Google Analytics?



Although both Google products handle the same data, they do it in very different ways to achieve also very different goals. Google Ads focus itself on tracking anyone who interacts with it and mapping that interaction to a particular sale that can occur.

On the other hand Google Analytics is a tool to aid the display and interpretation of what’s happening on your website in each session, which means that it’s more focused on tracking where the users came from before converting.

Simply put, Google Ads wants to show all the conversions that it aided and which ads are profitable, the when, the why, among others, whilst Google Analytics tries to display the most truthful snapshot of what happened on the website and when.

Why are Shopify and Google Ads showing different numbers?



On Shopify report “Sales From Marketing” (not available on all Shopify levels), it’s likely that the total revenue from Google Ads quantity is lower that what can be seen go Google Ads reports and these discrepancies can be within the range of 20-30% loss in conversion value on Shopify side. This can happen in two situations:
‍
1. Shopify makes use of UTM parameters which are often dropped, whereas Google Ad uses a robust tracking algorithm. This also happens with Google Analytics which also uses UTM parameters.
‍
2. When a customer makes a return Shopify removes the conversion value from its reporting and Google Ads is unaware of this event so no changes are made to the dashboard.
